Poly Vinyl Creations, Inc., as a manufacturer and distributor of specialty outdoor products, focuses on reviewing and discussing sustainable resources including but not limited to recycling, reusing, and repurposing products within their supplier and distribution chain as well as throughout their manufacturing and distribution facilities. By actively focusing on sustainability and environmental factors, Poly Vinyl Creations, Inc. promotes a commitment through its core values that focus on environmentally responsible practices through recycling, reusing and repurposing its waste products as much as possible thus minimizing disposal throughout its supply, manufacturer and distribution channels.

Morality Clause

If Employee commits any act, which is an offense involving moral turpitude under federal, state or local laws, or which might tend to bring Employee to public disrepute, contempt, scandal or ridicule, or which may embarrass, offend, insult or denigrate individuals or groups, or that may shock, insult or offend the community or the Company’s workforce or public morals or decency or prejudice Company, or which results in actual or threatened claims against Company. Company shall have the right to unilaterally and immediately terminate any Employee violating these principles, without liability to the Company for any unearned compensation or future benefits due to that Employee.

Our History Defines Who We Are...

Founded by Robert & Ellen Burton, Poly Vinyl Creations is one of the Southeast's leading fabricators and distributors of vinyl fence, deck, railing, and garden products in the industry. Bob Burton fell in love with vinyl fences when he first saw them in the 1980’s and assisted in the growth of the industry in Florida helping shape it into what it is today. He used his own personal home as a vinyl testing ground for many different applications of vinyl that have been developed throughout the years into products we find available on the market today.

His daughter, Jessica Burton, became an integral part of the company in 2001. She has helped in the expansion of the business into the 4 locations currently and servicing the industry today. In 2018, Jessica Burton became the Company’s new CEO, continuing her father’s vision and love for the industry by spearheading the use and development of new technologies, innovative designs for garden products and outdoor decor for the industry.

Together the Burton Family looks forward to many more years of innovation and expansion of the Poly Vinyl Creations family and brand.

Poly Vinyl Creations, Inc. works directly with industry providers and more specifically to trade-only specialists to supply them with the best in standard, custom style vinyl and ornamental products that enhance clients residential or commercial properties. By selling through distributors, Poly Vinyl Creations is able to maintain its dedicated focus to customization, running a steady and quick turnaround times, and delivery on its own fleet of trucks from any of its 4 manufacturing and distribution locations throughout the following states: Florida, Georgia, Alabama, South Carolina, Tennessee, North Carolina and Virginia.

“From Simply a Picture to Fulfilling Our Customers’ Dreams…”

Vinyl fence originated in the early 1980’s and our founders, Robert and Ellen Burton, were one of the pioneers in the industry offering vinyl fence with their original company, Burton Fence, Inc. In the mid-1980’s a vinyl sales representative showed the Burtons pictures of vinyl fence and they fell in love. They purchased samples for their facility in South St. Petersburg and immediately required their sales staff to always show vinyl fence on estimates. Everyone told them... “Nobody wants a plastic fence!” but they didn’t listen. They knew this environmentally friendly and green product that required little maintenance and was easy to clean with a pressure washer would make the lives of homeowners’ just a little bit easier! However, back in the mid-1980’s customization and the variety of colors options were not as available as they are today. After developing the vinyl fencing market in West Central Florida, in 1996, Mr. & Mrs. Burton founded Poly Vinyl Creations, Inc. While Burton Fence was a retail fence contractor who installed fence, Poly Vinyl Creations was formed to offer the ability of custom fabrication to end users through working with licensed trade contractors. Through working with the trade, Poly Vinyl Creations was able to mix its experience in the installation world with the intricacies required for time-tested quality fabrication.

Creating value with high quality products and a dedication to understanding the needs and wants of our customers has always been part of the philosophy at Poly Vinyl Creations. Our company continues to set the standard in the industry for manufacturing and distribution of specialty outdoor products. “As one of the original innovators in the marketplace, we are often duplicated but never replicated” is what our current owner, Jessica Burton, says. Raised within the industry, Jessica joined the company in 2001 becoming dedicated to her family’s business. After working directly with manufacturing and production, customer service, sales and marketing, as well as accounting, Jessica learned all aspects of the business. Ms. Burton spent over 15 years developing relationships with customers, employees and vendors alike assisting with the vast growth of the organization. In the fall of 2018, Jessica Burton became president of this now multi-generational company with the goal to continue her family’s legacy as well as to reach new heights through customization, addressing customer needs and offering high quality products and services. With a background in sales and marketing and a focus on increasing the use of technology within the company, Ms. Burton plans to maintain the grassroots efforts of her parents and continue to expand the company for its customers and employees.
